Lead Me Conference officially started in 2020 although the vision came before.

The name “Lead Me” was inspired by the Holy Spirit, it is a cry to God to lead us as we lead His people. A deep longing for God to lead us so we can lead His people. If God has called us then He knows where He wants to take us.

Our main focuses are:

1. To raise leaders after God’s own heart. Leaders that will not compromise the Gospel and will chase after the heart of God.

2. Raise leaders who have substance, meaning people that are not just gifts oriented but also have substance. When you don’t have substance you cannot impact the kingdom of God the way He wants you to.

3. Break out of the four walls of the Church - we are the light of the word but sometimes we get stuck inside the four walls of the Church. 

4. Push us beyond our comfort zone so that we can also reach out to the world and be the light and salt of the world.

The vision was birthed through Pastor Nana Owusu, which came from realisation that there was a lack and need for guidance amongst leaders. There’s leaders who have gone before us that have wisdom and experience that we can learn from.

We host an annual conference for people in Ministry and Business and we are dedicated to providing a biblically sound information that prepares people for success in their Ministry.
